The name, telephone number, situation and area entered into the form. Calls to the published number pass through a call tracking service which logs the calling number, the time and the duration, and calls may be recorded. A notice plays before the call connects.
Why
To reply, arrange a site visit, and keep a record of what was discussed. Personal information is not sold. It goes only to the providers running our forms, call handling and email, acting on our instructions and for nothing else.
Who your request goes to
When you ask for an inspection or quote, your request goes to one independent local contractor who serves your area so they can contact you. It is never sold to marketing lists.
How long
While an enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and record purposes. Floor levels and soil observations are held longer, because a survey is only useful later if it still exists. Ask us to delete your details at any time on the published number.
